Performance skills, body positions, and pointed toes that transform technical ability into beautiful gymnastics
Our gymnastics program develops the whole child, creating benefits that extend far beyond the gym
Gymnastics builds total-body strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These foundational athletic skills benefit kids in every sport and physical activity they pursue throughout life. Our comprehensive training across all four events ensures balanced physical development.
Every skill mastered—from a first cartwheel to a complex tumbling pass—builds unshakeable confidence. We celebrate every achievement and help kids discover they're capable of more than they ever imagined. This confidence carries into school, friendships, and every challenge they face.
Our mission is building character, confidence, and connections. We actively teach goal-setting, perseverance through challenges, respect for coaches and teammates, and the reward of dedicated practice. These character traits become lifelong assets.
Balance beam alone teaches incredible focus and concentration. Gymnastics requires kids to follow multi-step instructions, remember sequences, and push through fear—developing mental toughness and resilience that helps them succeed in academics and beyond.
While gymnastics is an individual sport, our classes foster friendship, encouragement of teammates, and healthy competition. Kids learn to cheer for each other's successes and support each other through challenges, building social-emotional skills in a positive environment.
In today's screen-dominated world, gymnastics gets kids moving, exercising, and having a blast. Our coaches make classes engaging and enjoyable, creating positive associations with physical fitness that last a lifetime. If it's fun, everybody wants in!
Each gymnastics class begins with a structured warm-up that includes stretching, conditioning, and fundamental movement patterns. We then rotate students through all four events—floor, beam, vault, and bars—ensuring balanced skill development and keeping kids engaged throughout the class.
Our experienced coaches work with small groups at each station, providing individualized attention and skill-appropriate progressions. We use proven teaching methods that break complex skills into manageable steps, celebrating each milestone along the way. Every student works at their own pace, advancing when they've mastered proper form and technique.
Classes conclude with a cool-down and often a fun game or challenge that reinforces skills learned that day. We maintain an 8:1 student-to-coach ratio to ensure every child receives quality instruction and stays safe while being challenged appropriately. Our coaches provide regular feedback to parents about their child's progress, goals, and achievements.

Our gymnastics program is designed for children ages 5 and older. For younger kids (ages 2-5), we recommend starting with our Tiny Tumblers program, which introduces basic gymnastics movements in an age-appropriate format. Once they turn 5, they can transition into our full gymnastics classes that include all four events.
Absolutely not! We welcome complete beginners and work with each child at their current skill level. Our coaches are experts at assessing where your child is and creating an appropriate progression plan. Whether it's their first cartwheel or they're working on advanced skills, we meet them where they are and help them grow.
Girls typically wear a fitted gymnastics leotard or athletic shorts and a fitted t-shirt. Boys wear athletic shorts or pants and a fitted t-shirt. Gymnastics is always done barefoot, so no shoes are needed. Avoid loose clothing that can get caught on equipment. Hair should be pulled back securely. Leotards can be purchased through our front office or at local athletic stores.
The class length depends on your child's age, attention span, and experience level. Younger children (ages 5-7) or beginners often do well in 60-minute classes, while older kids or those with some experience may benefit from the additional practice time in 75-minute classes. Our staff can help you determine the best fit during your free trial class.
Yes! Our recreational gymnastics program provides the foundation for students who show interest and aptitude for competitive gymnastics. We offer team opportunities for athletes ready for that commitment. Coaches identify students who demonstrate the skills, work ethic, and passion for competitive gymnastics and invite them to try out for our teams. Many of our competitive gymnasts started in our recreational classes.
