Common Questions

Do I need prior gymnastics experience?

Not at all! We group classes by skill level, so whether you're learning your first cartwheel or perfecting a full twisting layout, we have a class that fits your current abilities.

I'm a competitive cheerleader—will this help my team skills?

Absolutely! Many competitive cheerleaders cross-train with us to master standing tucks, running fulls, and elite-level tumbling passes required for higher divisions. Our instructors understand cheer-specific needs and competition requirements.

Can I take both Specialty Classes and another program?

Yes! Many students combine Specialty Classes with our Trampoline & Tumbling or Gymnastics programs. We offer discounts for multiple weekly classes—save 25% on your second class and 30% on additional classes.

What's the difference between 60-minute and 75-minute classes?

The 75-minute classes provide more time for skill repetitions, conditioning work, and working multiple skills per session. Athletes training for competitions or wanting faster progression often prefer the longer format.

How quickly will I progress?

Progression varies by individual, current fitness level, and training frequency. Most athletes see noticeable improvement within 4-8 weeks of consistent attendance. Athletes training 2+ times per week typically progress faster than once-per-week students.

What equipment do specialty classes use?

We have a full spring floor, tumble tracks, in-ground trampolines, foam pits, and professional-grade tumbling mats. This variety allows us to teach progressions safely and help athletes master skills before performing them on harder surfaces.
